The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with conveniences like phones and safes to ensure a pleasant stay.

I would have preferred more attentive staff. The children working there could have been more helpful and accommodating to the needs of senior guests like myself.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location up in the hills of Santa Teresa was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a stunning view. The service was top-notch, with every single staff member going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the owners to the doorman, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available for us to enjoy delicious meals and drinks. The outdoor dining area was a lovely touch, allowing us to take in the beautiful surroundings while enjoying our food. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and flat-screen TV, provided us with ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

All in all, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

The view from the hotel was incredible, both during the day and at night. The breakfast was delicious with fresh juices and fruits. The hotel is located in a quiet and green area, which is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. The staff was helpful with arranging transportation and ordering taxis.

The hotel is quite isolated, and there are not many options for dining nearby. Some taxi drivers had a hard time finding the location, which made travelling to and from the hotel a bit of a challenge.

Stunning views and friendly staff made my stay at Casa Marques Santa Teresa unforgettable. Despite the challenging uphill location, the tranquility and beautiful landscape more than compensated. Waking up to the sunrise amidst an urban jungle was truly magical. The hotel's tasteful decor and comfortable rooms, along with the rooftop bar and infinity pool, added an extra touch of luxury. Although the food and drink options were somewhat limited, the quality was exceptional. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our group of friends had an amazing stay in a picturesque location surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. the hotel is a short, affordable bus or taxi ride away from all the main sites in the city, including the bohemian Santa Teresa district.

During Christmas, the view from the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very cozy and you can enjoy the amazing view right from your bed. The hotel's location was also great as it was close to a lot of attractions, making it easy to get around. The food served at the hotel was also impressive, especially the fresh, tasty breakfast.

Difficult to find and not very friendly staff. Unfortunately, finding the hotel was really hard and the staff didn't seem to want to help. We ended up spending nearly an hour wandering around trying to find it. Once we finally arrived, the staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. It made for a bit of a disappointing stay overall.

The staff provided excellent service during check in and check out. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The view from the room was stunning. The infinity pool was a great amenity. The shower was spacious and had a rain shower head.
